How can I delay joining cluster until after all servlet bootstraps have executed? This is the normal behavior in WLS 6.1.

So no ideas how to do this?

Never try this myself. But maybe you can manually copy the clustering related service.xml files after the JBoss servers are up.

Or before you deploy your sevlets, you can stop the clustering service first from JMX and then re-start it.
