Help! - I've got Axis up and running (or at least visible in the jmx-console) but when I deploy a .wsr file I get this -

status: null
state: INIT_WAITING_DEPLOYER
- I'm doing the most basic testHelloWorld.wsr. Is it my wsr or some vital deployer that I'm missing. Can someone attach a very simple wsr file so I check my packaging.
