It's a module for jboss. It is included in the 3.0.6 download, if you go to the "all" server config. Notice that the "all" config contains axis.jar in the lib directory, and an axis-config.xml file, among other things.
Axis provides the web services for jboss.
I hear a lot of talk about jboss 3.2, or some such, but I don't know where to get that, of if jboss-net is much improved. -
