JMX-Based Web Services problem

I'm trying to create a JMX-Based Web service with one operation exposed, but when I access the wsdl for this one, there is no operation exposed. Below is the web-service.xml file gererated by Xdoclet-JBossIDE. Can anyone help me, or had a similar problem solved ?
