LDAP Adapter deployment using JCA 1.0

Hi,

I deployed my LDAP Adapter and client on my machine -Linux 9.0 on jboss server 3.2.1.I created my jboss-web.xml and web.xml for client (war file)and ra.xml for (rar file).They are like:

Hi Darran,

When I try to lookup the LDAP Adapter from my client jsp,Iam facing the following exception :

javax.Naming.NameNotFoundException:LdapConnector name not bound

Do you have a *-service.xml or *-ds.xml for deploying the resource adapter as well, that is the file that actually controls the deployment and registering in JNDI.

Hi Darren,

Iam getting the following exception after adding the openldap-ds.xml under the deploy directory of jboss appserver 3.2.1:

java.lang.ClassCastException: org.jboss.resource.adapter.jdbc.WrapperDataSource
