zhang_g Apr 19, 2004 9:23 PM (in response to zhang_g)thanks a lot, my problem is solved. i'm just entering the wrong URL for the DB. should be
url="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/foodcoop"
NOT
url="jdbc:mysql:foodcoop"
but i am still wondering why didn't i get error when i use MSAccess? i mean without telling the host and port number specifically.
thanks again,
