Hypersonic - localDB.properties ?

Can someone tell me how the localDB.properties is generated? Specifically, I want to change the hsqldb.log_size from the default of 200 to a default 50.

Any help is appreciated.

Its generated by hsqldb if it does not already exist.

I appreciate the response, but I was more curious as to HOW the file is generated (ie. some xml file?). More specifically, HOW I can change the default values mentioned.
