sergeysmirnov May 2, 2007 1:23 PM (in response to edney.imme)Often it happens when you redeploy project during the development, but continue to work with the previously opened page. It is OK to receive this message. Just press Ctrl-F5 on the page after redeployment.
View State could´t be restored means the session does not exist on the server. Therefore, if session is expired, it is OK to get this message.
So, when you meet this message in your case? -

sergeysmirnov May 2, 2007 2:44 PM (in response to edney.imme)Usually, browser shared the session information between different instance of browser (with COOKIES ). So, for example, you have unclosed FireFox, but open the new open and send request from it, this might be still the same (old) session.
Please, answer the question. Does the problems continue if you press Ctrl-F5 ?
If yes, post info about your run-time environment (Ajax4jsf version, richfaces version and so on)
BTW, if browser COOKIES are off and server state saving method is used, it might case the opposite problems. Each new request causes a new session. -

This is only to submit the form.
So, you submit the whole page (and the whole page is reloaded) at the moment the value is selected by user. Does it part of requirement to reload the whole page? -

Could you check 1.1.1 and 3.0.1 snapshorts? It was a bug in suggestion box that might cause such behavior -

edney.imme May 2, 2007 3:49 PM (in response to edney.imme)that are not a Stable version , is right?
are this a night builds?
hier are the available versions
As soon as we know how much bugs were fixed in 1.1.0 I cannot say that 1.1.0 is more stable in contrast to any latest 1.1.1 snapshots.
The release of 1.1.1 is expected within the week. -

Why you do not replace the list and update only it on the page without the whole page resubmit?
