JBoss getting started

Does anyone else find the poor grammar, spelling, and English in the getting started guide annoying? When will we see something that resembles a useful, passably-edited document?

It always astounds me when people complain about free things. Hey, go pay a ton of $$ to one of the other app server vendors and then you can knock yourself out !!

I agree. It's somewhat difficult to understand what they say in the QuickStart Guide when you begin whith JBoss.

I used a web tutorial wich I found somehow better explained. Here it is :

I couldn't load the webpage you mentioned. Does it point to the JBOss 2.X online manual? Are there any tutorials/manuals for JBoss 3.0 other than the Getting started manual? I didn't find it very useful. I was looking for some information on how to develop/deploy EJBs on JBoss 3.0 which is missing from the Gettig started guide.

You can always send your feedback with fixes to the author of the document. At the moment it is the best way to get it fixed.

I actually got the same with the page I mentioned. It worked all right until I named it on this site. Anyway, reading further, the only difference with the JBoss online guide was the title...

You can find this guide in the documentation section. I used it to learn developing EJB's in JBoss.
