I'm just starting to learn jboss and I'm going crazy. Could someone please help me just get a simple example running? From my understanding of everything, it would be okay to 1) Start the jboss run.bat file 2) run ant from the directory where the example is. Yeah? I keep trying it and I get the following error after starting ant:

I'm SO lost right now it's unreal. But I think I've sorta figured things out to this point. I'm running win2000. Does anybody have an insight into this problem?
