Where is the Template Project File

Hi,
I am a newbie and now reading the QuickStart-30x.pdf to begin. In page 27, it mentions there is a template project file :

Template Project
The basic idea of this template project is to give you a starting point how a project can be setup and being ready to write one by yourself
in no time.

But where should I download this template project? I search through the jboss.org but couldn't find it.

Please help. Thank you

It's actually linked to from this site but since it seam to be a bit slow sometimes, so I also had problem to find that piece. I did found it at http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jboss/JBoss.3.0TemplateAndExamples.zip

But I think there is some mismatch between the example code and the document, so be prepared to some frustration...
