Ajax Custom Components Using CDK

i tried to create my own components using CDK,
i found examples on url, everything works fine, but in this example created component which is not ajax. how i can modify this to create ajax components ????

i mean thar all components which i make is instance of the class UIComponentBase not AjaxComponent.
