Is the JVM free of charge?

Hi,

I would like to know what JVM's you use for production.

Have you payed for it or is it free of charge?

I'm using the complete java-stuff, downloaded from sun.com.

Can anyone tell if the JVM from Sun free of charge is?
Ist the Sun-download-version suitable for produkction at al?

Sun and IBM both have JDKs that are cost-free are production-capable. BEA/JRockit is downloadable for free, but IIRC, the production license model was unclear.
