access jboss appserver using diff isp

is it possible to access jboss appserver using diff isp?9 Other than point to point connection from client pc to jboss server using j2ee based sfotware and oracle databse.

Actualy,
Using a public network or internet access jboss App Server which is in linux 8 server and jboss version is 3.0.4.
Its not working!!
Only private network is working
