After Dowloading JBoss 3.2.3 how to install it?

I have downloaded the Jboss3.2.2 version and i am facing difficulties in
installing it.

What difficulties? Can't help without knowing what's not working... On Linux, you can basically just unzip it and execute the run script within the bin directory.

plz tell me how to set the CLASSPATH sfter running run.jar and run.sh

what classpath? There is no classpath setting needed, you just extract the tarball, go to the bin dir, ./run.sh and off you go
