I used DropDown menu
if i want to use whole database list for dynamic menu creation
is it possible to create dynamic menu using Rich Faces DropDown Menu

dropDown menu is a standard JSF component. So, the was how to create the menu dynamically from the java code is the same as for any other jsf component.
