changing the web listen port from 8080 to another

I would like to change the web listen port from 8080 to another. How do I do that with jboss? What are the other ports I need to change in order to have two instances of Jboss running at the same time?

server\default\deploy\jbossweb-tomcat50.sar\server.xml
