Failed to initailize plugin at startup

Hi all,
I have downloaded jboss 4.0.0RC1 and have placed run.jar on the classpath but when I click on run.bat I get too many lines of the following error
Failed to initialize plugin : org.jboss.logging.log4jplugin

Any ideas how to fix this.

Is there a reason for using 4.0.0RC1? Also why are you making classpath changes, all you need to do is extract JBoss to a folder with no spaces in the name, set the JAVA_HOME environment variable and execute run.bat.
