(setup problem) WARNING: cannot instantiate string resolver

I have winxp, j2sdk1.4.2_05 and I have downloaded setupwin32.exe (4.0). when I try to setup after this warning is coming

I cant understand what is the problem, can anyone help me? if you want I can send print screen.

I think I have missed something recently, where did you download this win32 installer from?

The 4.0.1RC2 release included installshield installers for several platforms.
