Web Console Applet Error

When I tried to access the web console, the left panel was blank. I checked the java console and it had the following exception

Not sure about yr real issue as i dont use windows for development at all, but would be worth pursuing to use SUNS JVM.

Also for IE to work with Java , i preusme u need Java plugin... for applets...
Like mozilla and firefox, make sure that is installed.
