deploying my own mbean

I'm trying to deploy a very simple mbean (just one method). It took me 2 minutes to write, and 4 hours trying to deploy it to no avail.

Can anyone guide me through the procedure please?

I did already, doesn't work mate! Could not initialise deployment!

Post the exception/stacktrace that you are observing. Might be someone out here will be able to help you out.
