Problem with mbeans in deployment

Hi,
I'm newbie at JBoss (V4.0.4GA), and when im running a tutorial, i'm getting this error

--- MBEANS THAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM ---
ObjectName: jboss:service=HAJNDI
 State: FAILED
 Reason: java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 1101; nested exception is:
 java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind
 I Depend On:
 jboss:service=DefaultPartition
 jboss.system:service=ThreadPool

Anyone knows how to solve this ??

Reason: java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 1101

Looks like the port is being used by some other process. Have a look at:
