Have you seen the examples?

If you want to create a h:commandButton (and other things) where the text is (in the example on the link) just replace the text with the jsf tags.
I also encourage you to read chapter 6.20 of the user guide (http://labs.jboss.com/file-access/default/members/jbossrichfaces/freezone/docs/devguide/en/pdf/richfaces-usersguide.pdf ).
