create domain

Hi
I am new to JBoss server. I am using JBoss 4.2.3 in our project.
How can I create a jboss domain as we are creating in weblogic?

Perhaps you should explain a little bit about what a "domain" is in WebLogic? JBoss AS might or might not have a similar concept but use a different name for it, so without knowing what it is, it is hard to say.
