accessing jboss from another machine

I'm running jboss through eclipse
I've set
-c default -b 0.0.0.0
in the program arguments as I've seen written in faqs but I still can't access jboss from
http://193.205.162.68:8080

193.205.162.68 is my current ip address. I'm using a wifi net

RESOLVED
I explain how I have done for future reference for other newbies

the ip address of jboss was different. I've seen the ip address by
-going to http://localhost:8080/
-clicking on the jboss web console link
-under environment it said
Host: admin-836482f5f (172.19.1.171)
this is the real ip address

Now I wonder why when I went to other website they said I have ipaddress of 193.205.162.68

You can use ipconfig (Windows) or ifconfig (Linux) to determine your IP address.
