changes in a redeploied EJB jar

I want see the code changes when I redeploy an EJB; another way to say is that I want that JBoss reloads the classes in my EJB.

JBoss should do it automatically, when you use hot deployment. Do you use an exploded deploy? What version of JBoss do you have?
