NodeRemove is the newer version, which as a boolean param, pre. So you get NodeRemove both before and after the node's been removed, with pre being set to true and false respectively. -

if you invoke the removeObject(Fqn) PojoCache method and the node with this fqn has been evicted before, or doesn't exist in memory for any reason the NodeRemove Notifications is emited? -
