<rich:message> layout issue with Internet Explorer

Using RF 3.1.0 nightly build (latest), noted the following behavior in Internet Explorer 7.

As designed, <rich:message> display validation error for an ajax enabled input component, but when there is no validation error after the user has corrected the problem in the form, an empty line is still displayed in IE and this lead to layout problem with the form.

No such problem was observed in FireFox 2 and Opera 9.23.

I'm also having odd behavior when using Internet Explorer (7). A tree doesn't have the style as rest of my application, and everything is veeeeeeeeeeeery slow!!
