database connection with SQLServer2000 (mssql-service.xml)

Hi all,
I have the following error when I try to connect to the MSSQL2000. It was working before successfully but the only difference is I did reboot the machine. I am using JBoss3.0.4.

IMHO: Nothing to do with JBOSS but something on the network or IP configuration must have changed. JBOSS tries to connect via the driver but can't open a TCP/IP socket...

Can you get an simple JDBC connection to your DB ?

or the database didnt start up on reboot ;-)
