a pool connection for several datasources?

Hi David !

The connection pool is set using a Mbean. In the config files furnished with the distrib and in the doc, I've seen that it's an embedded MBean. I've tried to declare the MBean separately and then have my connection managers use it. it seems to work. Is it wrong to do so ?

however the connections were not freed.

can it happen ?

I don't think it will work. Before I spend any time thinking about why, please explain clearly what you are trying to accomplish.
