1. Re: Unregistered handle that was not registered!
davidjencks May 13, 2003 8:48 PM (in response to sysuser1)Do you have a way to reproduce this? What is your configuration? Which jboss? Does this appear to cause problems (running out of connections, etc)?
Several people have reported this but I haven't found the cause yet.

2. Re: Unregistered handle that was not registered!
sysuser1 May 13, 2003 9:18 PM (in response to sysuser1)It seems to appear during a run that involves a 2-phase transaction with a JMS send operation(oracle as persistent store) and a CMP/JDBC transaction (using oracle thin driver XA) . I'm not sure which of the 2 resource managers the "unregistered handle" refers to. I'm using JBoss 3.2.1 but I've seen this also with 3.2.0. This doesnt seem to cause a problem, seems harmless so far.

frito May 14, 2003 2:47 AM (in response to sysuser1)David,
just configure JMS to use an Oracle XA DS as persistent store, start JBoss 3.2.0 and wait about 20 to 25 minutes... this will bring up this exception.

brb0522 Dec 16, 2003 9:12 AM (in response to sysuser1)I'm also seeing this message using the Oracle XA datasource but not as the persistent store to JMS.
It doesn't seem to cause problems but I wonder if it could if the timing was right. Any ideas?
Thanks
