External access to DataSource

Hi guys!
I want to configure a DataSource so that it can be used from an application outside jboss.
I have an Oracle DataSource bound at java:/jdbc/OracleDS, but it is a reference.
What I want is to deploy it the same way as the EJB's: I can externally access them by their names, ie: ejb/EJBName.
Can someone help?

You can't do this and that is a good thing.
If you think you need to, deploy the other application inside another jboss instance.
