I was disappointed that the update to the SAMS Administration and Development book (JBossBook_30x.pdf) in the subscription does not include updates to Chapter 11, "Building and Running Enterprise Applications." Any plans to include this chapter in the near future with updated source (both the e-mail forwarding app and the Pet Store patch)? Any reason it was left out?
