1. Re: Cannot find jaxrpc-mapping for type: {http:
kristof_taveirne Feb 14, 2006 10:32 AM (in response to jayanthy)Hi,
I'm having the exact same problem, and i've been strugling with it for over a week.
I don't have a single clue what could be wrong.
The only thing I can come up with is that JbossWS simply doesn't support document/literal style wsdl. But that's rather hard to believe.
Did you find a sollution to this problem?
I've been looking around on forums and I can't find a sollution. :/
I've written the wsdl by hand, using the Eclipse WSDL editor and I generated the mapping.xml file using JWSDP1.6.

mnsharif Nov 12, 2006 11:11 AM (in response to jayanthy)Hi!
I am also facing the same error message but with string as follows:WARN [JavaWsdlMapping] Cannot find jaxrpc-mapping for type: {http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema}string
... and this warning becomes fatal as it gives the following deployment time exception:org.jboss.ws.WSException: Cannot obtain java/xml type mapping for: {http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema}string at org.jboss.ws.deployment.JSR109MetaDataBuilder.buildParameterMetaDataDoc(JSR109MetaDataBuilder.java:513)
Has anyone figured out how to solve it???
