I've just added a jbossws-common-1.1.1.Alpha1 to the repository. Given the conversation we had on IRC, I'll go through the required refactoring in the next future (on jbossws trunks + AS trunk and branches).

Just for the logs, the server config stuff you worked on is now in the webservice module of the AS sources:
