Eclipse .classpath problems

Due to the removal of /gnu-regexp/lib/gnu-regexp.jar from build-thirdparty.xml on head, I was having problems compiling with eclipse.

Since I have fixed it on my workspace, I'm commiting these classpath changes.

Yes, the references to gnu-regexp.jar need to be removed from the .classpath of the various modules.
