I was using the 3.1.0 jar, with the new 3.1.1-GA version I found it.

As usual.. simple example:

private HtmlToolTip tooltip= new HtmlToolTip(); ... tooltip.setValue("Test Tooltip"); ...

and
<rich:toolTip binding="#{toggleBean.tooltip}"/>

i get this error when attempting to use this in seam.

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/richfaces/component/html/HtmlToolTip

yet i have the jar deployed in my app any ideas?
