2 question about rich:datascroller on rich:scrollableDataTab

can we use dataScroller with scrollableDataTable..?

how set different color for succeeding rows on scrollableDataTable ??

1) No. It's designed to just be scrollable :) Portions of data controlled by scroll position. B.t.w. such RFC post already and will be explored.


2) Use rowClasses as usual.

so,scrollableDataTab is juste an enhancement of dataTable or a different component..?

In general we can say that it's highly enchanced dataTable. :) Or explain me better what border do you need :)
