switch between javascript and non-javascript mode

Current;y Richfaces is AJAX enabled. Meaning javascript has to be enabled, Can Richfaces be set into a mode without javascript enabled?

In general, I cannot sure with you an idea that
Ajax == Javascript
The ability to functional without javascript depends what the particular component is used for.
For example, rich:spacer and rich:separator work perfectly without javascript.
