JBoss-IDE installation

I'm trying to install the JBoss-IDE 1.2.2 into Eclipse 2.1.1 following the "JBOSS-IDE 1.2.2 Installation Guide". I entered the URL and created a note JBoss-IDE. But by clicking on it, I just got a list of files in the "Extenal Preview". I do not see the tree list for installation. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

i installed jboss successfully,
sets all envt variable including classpath & path & jboss_home,java_home.
bt while runing the application get following error,
