Problem with Downloading and installation

Hi,
I downloaded JBoss-3.2.3.zip using Belgium-Europe mirror(i don't know why i should choose this mirror to download? as well as i don't know which mirror to choose?) After downloading it i extracted the zip file which gave me lot of html,jar,xml and so many files. but when i go thru the tutorial it stated that Jboss-3.2.3 will contain 4 directories(bin,lib,etc....) which i could not find in the files i downloaded. what should i do to install jboss in my system? can anyone help me soon as i'm in an urge to start my project using this.

Make sure you extract by preserving the directory structure, in WinZip it's a small checkbox in the extract window ('Use Folder Names').
