File webfile = new File(<web.xml path>);
long curr_secs = System.currentTimeMillis;
webfile.setLastModified(curr_secs);

darranl Oct 25, 2005 9:36 AM (in response to tusharn)Are you sure the modified time of the web.xml is being updated, if using Windows most people seem to open the file in a text edit add and remove a character and save the file.
