Don't see the cluster members

Hi,
I'm trying to create a cluster test between two intances on the same machine(windows 2003 server)- each instance is working on different IP address -two network adpters.
I starting the ran as:
First instance as: "C:\Program Files\jboss-4.0.4.GA\bin\run.bat" -b 192.168.3.179 -c default

Second instance as: "C:\Program Files\jboss-4.0.4.GA\bin\run.bat" -b 192.168.3.180 -c portal

and I get on both of them All Members : 1
I dont uderstand they can't see each other..

Any idea?

Is there any place that I need to enable clustering?

I didn't see such seeting in the guide.
