JVM Bind Error

I am getting the following error on start of JBoss. (OS - Windows 2000) and the port is also not in use checking thru the netstat command.

java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 4444; nested exception is:

java.net.BindException: Address in use: JVM_Bind
java.net.BindException: Address in use: JVM_Bind

JBoss version 3.0.4
