There are some issues in the Postgres database definition. I'll post a fix for this in the next few hours.

The problem is that the ddl for Postgres defines the phpbb_forums table with the following field:
prune_enable | smallint | not null default '0'
but nukes tries to use the field as boolean. -

Checked in DDL and setup.xml changes.
Also fixed a problem in the BB module where an invalid JDBC query was being executed when there were tracked topics.
