Custom Default Theme works when not logged in and as admin,

Hi all,

I've created a custom theme and it works perfectly when you are not logged in (as the default theme) and when logged in as admin. But after registering a new user, this theme does not appear in the selectable themes list or appear as the default even though it is setup in the jmx-console as the default.

Anyone have an ideas?

I figured it out. When logged in as an admin, if you select permission from the menu. You can change the permissions on theme to include your custom theme.
