Jboss IDE / Eclispe configuration

Hi,

Try to start the Jboss server from within eclipse and get the following;
The chosen operation is not enabled

I am using the following
Eclipse 3.0.1
J2ee sdk 1_4_01
Jboss 4.0
Jboss-IDE 1.4

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
