eh - it is done per default by our adapter so nothing needed to set it up.

The JBoss AS 4.2 runtime adapter provided by us (jboss, a division of red hat) as opposed to the default adapter in WTP

WTP supports incremental deploy ot jsp files. When you edit the jsp and press the "save" button wtp redeploys only this jsp file, so when you refresh the page you'll see the change. There might be a possible problems with the browser's cache.

Ok. i know this, but on my installation, every time when press SAVE, tomcat restarting application.And in big application this is looong time.

The WTP framework supports incremental deployment, but often times the other server adapters do not.

In most cases, the WTP-provided tools repackage the entire project.

There is nothing we can do to help expedite Tomcat incremental deployment.

WTP performs incremental deployment only for pages and static resources, for everything else (config files, class files) eclipse restarts the app.

This is not true. I have 3 installation of Eclipse Europa, + my team with such version. Every time when save any XHTML -> restart of application.
