Launching the Bundle on OSX

Might be something trivial.

But when i download and unzip the bundle on my Mac and try to launch it, it asks me to choose the application to launch it with.

What am i doing wrong?

Do not use the bundle on Mac OS X.

Install Eclipse 3.2.1 and then add the JBoss IDE via the update manager.

I'm also trying to find JBoss IDE for OS X to install with Eclipse 3.2.1.
From Update Manager, looks like I need to give a URL for New Remote Site... - tried www.jboss.org but the Update Manager could not go from there. Also tried Google for it but nothing to the point turned up. Can you advise me what URL I should use?
