How to install JBT should include ref to CR1 site

The document http://jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-10044 has a reference to the stable site (for eclipse 3.3) and the nightly site (for eclipse 3.4).

The development site http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/ should be added for people who want a more stable version than the nightly.

Both the nightly [1] and stable [2] sites linked are for Eclipse 3.4 / JBoss Tools 3.0.0.x.
